This workout is fire!! two new dances, killer abs, and a real leg and glute burner. equipment in this video is a ball, 2 lb dumbbells and 1lb ankle weights. however all of this is always optional. Some other options are two water bottles while doing arms, a small pillow for when doing abs or a deflated ball of any sort, and a 2 lb dumbbell behind your knee during the legs part. again all optional and you will still feel the burn with out any equipment!
