Hey guys!!! The first five minutes of this video is a little intro to my prenatal series;). You will need ankle weights and arm weights very light weight and this is always optional. Breathing is so important in this video! So focus on your inhales and exhales. visualize your core muscles as a gentle corset of strength supporting your bump lifting and hugging your baby deep in to your centre your powerhouse/ pelvic floor and muscles of the spine.
