50MIN PRENATAL #4

56m
As requested this video is around 55 minutes long. The first five minutes I give you a tip to strengthen your inner things and pelvic floor. And then the workout starts with a stretch goes in to arms which I first used ankle weights and then added 2 lb dumbbells. You can just use 2lb dumbbells the whole time I just thought I’d switch it up. Then we went on to legs on our sides, then all fours, then back on our sides.I used a pillow in this video and it helped A lot! I highly suggest using one! I used ankle
Weights this week and boy did I feel the burn!!!! I feel much tighter so that’s good I just don’t know if I’m going to be able to walk tomorrow! This is a workout I would do twice a week if possible.
Please let me know if you have any questions or comments!
