I loved this playlist! Started out with an oldy but goody, then changed songs to old dances, had new dances and then of course ended with arms and a stretch! Feel free to use ankle weights on your wrists for more of a burn during the arm songs. Enjoy!!!!
A 57 minute workout of dance cardio mixed with sculpt. It goes 2 songs of DANCE, 2 songs of ARMS, 2 songs of DANCE, 3 songs of ABS, 2 songs of DANCE, 3 songs of LEGS and then a stretch! Equipment needed but optional: a mat, 2/3lb hand weights, 1 lb ankle weights.
