This one hour class consists of a warm up song, 50 minutes of dance cardio, 10 minutes of arms, and a stretch at the end. No equipment necessary. Make sure you are jumping on the right floors ( not on a rug or marble) you don’t want to hurt your knees. Whatever you do always use your abdominals!!! muscles!!! Enjoy!

This is a GREAT BEGINNERS dance cardio workout with a little sculpt at the end. This video with be helpful for any beginner trying to learn some of the dances. You will need a mat and 2/3 lb weights at the end if you want to do the sculpt part. Enjoy!
