Breathing is so important in this video! So focus on your inhales and exhales. visualize your core muscles as a gentle corset of strength supporting your bump lifting and hugging your baby deep in to your centre your powerhouse/ pelvic floor and muscles of the spine.
22 minutes of legs! Put on your ankle weights if you want and feel long and lean afterwards!
