This workout consists of 15 minutes of follow along dance cardio, 15 minutes of arms ( wearing bala 1 lb hand weights, feel free to use no weights or 2-3 lb dumbbells), 15 minutes of abs, 15 minutes of legs using a medium resistance band and hand weights (optional). Enjoy!
Feel free to pause rewind fast forward whatever you have to do to learn this dance! Also when you’re learning, even though I “look like I’m going left when I say right, don’t worry about it and just follow my cues. Once you’ve learned the dance you can start either which way first.
This is a GREAT BEGINNERS dance cardio workout with a little sculpt at the end. This video with be helpful for any beginner trying to learn some of the dances. You will need a mat and 2/3 lb weights at the end if you want to do the sculpt part. Enjoy!
