This workout is a slow and controlled arm workout. I’m using 1 lb ankle weights on my wrists feel free to go heavier but do not compromise form! Ps in the beginning of the video I said were going to do standing legs and then right when I finished arms, my husband walked in and that was it. This is a GREAT BEGINNERS dance cardio workout with a little sculpt at the end. This video with be helpful for any beginner trying to learn some of the dances. You will need a mat and 2/3 lb weights at the end if you want to do the sculpt part. Enjoy!
