This workout is a slow and controlled arm workout. I’m using 1 lb ankle weights on my wrists feel free to go heavier but do not compromise form! Ps in the beginning of the video I said were going to do standing legs and then right when I finished arms, my husband walked in and that was it. So I owe you guys standing legs video! love you and enjoy
