  • 16MIN ARMS

    Awesome long and lean arm workout! You can use water bottles or cans of beans as weights!!! If you have, use 3 lb dumbbells Or ankle weights on your wrists!

    ARM WORKOUT WITH NO WEIGHTS. FEEL THE BURN!!!

  • 20MIN ABS

    This abs workout includes All sorts of planks, side planks, oblique work, lower abs, and crunches! No equipment necessary.

  • 40MIN CARDIO/SCULPT

    Raqthat X honeycomb! This is a great beginners workout that includes cardio and toning! I suggest doing this class twice a week and you will see how much stronger your getting!! Enjoy!

  • 21MIN ARMS

    21 minutes of arms with 3 minutes of standing abs at the end. In this video I like using 1lb ankle weights on my wrists and then added 1 lb dumbbell. I suggest 2 lbs for extra burn. In this video I explain more than usual so watch and listen for cues!

  • 45MIN MAT PILATES

    This is a great arms and abs workout that is Mat Pilates based. You can use up to 3 lb weights for your arms! Ankle weights optional. Pay attention to correct form cues! enjoy!

  • 50MIN TONING

    Full body toning in 50 minutes! This workout has a great flow to it. The time will fly by! Equipment needed 2 lb arm weights and a mat! Enjoy!!

  • 60MIN CARDIO/SCULPT

    This workout consists of 15 minutes of follow along dance cardio, 15 minutes of arms ( wearing bala 1 lb hand weights, feel free to use no weights or 2-3 lb dumbbells), 15 minutes of abs, 15 minutes of legs using a medium resistance band and hand weights (optional). Enjoy!
